The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. For longer stays, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available.

Another highlight is the separate office/work room, which can be closed off with a door – ideal for working quietly or enjoying some privacy.

The large and spacious bathroom offers plenty of comfort. Throughout the apartment, underfloor heating and a modern ventilation system ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
