We are Michael and Svetlana – and together with our little son Noah, who has just been born, we warmly welcome you.

Noah is our greatest joy – and it is precisely this feeling of security, peace, and love that we wanted to create in our holiday apartment. That's why it bears his name.

For us, a holiday apartment is more than just a place to sleep.

It's a place where you can truly arrive. A place to unwind, let go, and simply feel at ease.

With Noah's Holiday Oasis, we have created a lovingly furnished retreat – warm, peaceful, and with meticulous attention to detail. A home away from home where you can recharge, whether for a few days, a longer stay, or a short break from everyday life.

As your hosts, it is especially important to us that you feel welcome and well cared for. We personally attend to our guests, are always happy to assist you, and want you to enjoy your time with us without a care in the world.
