1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Noah’s Ferienoase.

2. Booking & Contract

By booking the holiday apartment, the guest makes a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement.
The contract becomes effective upon written confirmation by the host.

3. Payment

The total amount must be paid according to the payment terms stated in the booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before arrival.

4. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: as agreed
  (key box or personal handover)
  
  
• Check-out: as agreed
  Different times are only possible by prior arrangement.

5. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation conditions agreed upon at the time of booking shall apply.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be granted unless otherwise agreed.

6. Use of the Apartment

The apartment may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking. Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted.

7. House Rules

The house rules form an integral part of these terms and must be complied with.
Pets, especially dogs, are not allowed.
Parties and events are prohibited.

8. Liability

The host is not liable for loss or damage to the guest’s personal belongings.
The guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings.

9. Defects

Any defects must be reported to the host immediately so that remedial action can be taken.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law shall apply.
